What else is he gonna say? "IMF loan insufficient. More needed buy not available. Private banks should immediately cease rolling over Korean debt because, at best you will have your maturities extended w/perhaps less of a risk premium than you would want under the circumstances, and at worse you may take a real haircut immediately in the restructuring to immediately follow." How's reality sound? Doug
