I understand how life in prison is an alternative to the Capital Punishment. I have explained to you that it is also a death penalty as you are determining the conditions of death for the heinous criminal (death in prison). My issue with Capital Punishment is the killing of someone who is subdued and does not present an eminent threat.

I have not espoused revenge as a justification for Capital Punishment, In fact I have gone to great lengths to offer you an explanation as to how revenge for any crime should never be a factor in the Judicial system. So you are just lying to provoke something in me when you suggest I support any kind of revenge as just.

You have still not explained how life in prison for Ted Bundy is just, you simply declared that it is. Do you not understand the criteria needed to qualify something as a just outcome? Hint: It has to be more than declaring it an alternative.
