I've repeatedly stated here that that land is lost to the Arabs. There is, quite literally, nothing they can do to get it back. They cannot be rewarded for terrorist acts.

But I also said that N. is negotiable. He may be willing to stop future settlements, and he may be able to encourage SOME of the existing settlement residents to give it up. He is not, however, about to give in to these terrorists.
