Re: I plan to buy 2,000 shares of UTEK in a nontaxable account and then sell 2,000 in my taxable account. I'm not an accountant, but this sounds like a violation of wash sale rules and a quick trip to IRS Hell when/if they find out about it. I believe you need to wait 30 days to buy back. Bill
