>> No. Judea was conquered by the Romans.

The Romans. Sorry.

The point is the same: The Jews were driven from their homeland, and when they came back their homeland had been destroyed.

The key difference, though, between the Jews' return and that of the Spaniards is that the Jews did it peacefully, through the means of persuasion, where the Spaniards had to fight their way back. Reconquest.

You acknowledge the Spaniards rights to return because they fought their way back; yet fail to acknowledge the Jews' return because they used political methods to achieve it. When the Jews return, their homeland had been idle, or even destroyed.

Your argument that the Jews were "kicked out" because they were a pain to the Romans is just bullshit. Yes, there were various uprisings; but they weren't "acting like Hamas".

Genetics has nothing to do with anything. None of these people knew 50 years ago what their genetic relationship might or might not be. What matters is the commitment to the homeland.

Apparently, you agree that conquest (and re-conquest) is the only legitimate way for land to change hands. Which seems to be at odds with the concept of Non Aggression Principle.
