OFF TOPIC; I wouldn't consider that sharing useless. Thanks.

That's a significant drop from 180 to 120. TIME LINE?

1200 cal is a rule of thumb for many.

However there are tests out there that can determine one's calorie requirements needed at rest and when active. Off the top of my head I think the cost was 245 and that included fat test..i.e hydrostatic, BMR, sub max Vox2 ( may have the exact names wrong).

That helps one to KNOW versus guessing. And now that you are down you might want to determine what you really need and then work your plan around such.

ex I burn 977 cal per hour under test. . I require 2020 at rest and for the every day it's in the 3150 range.

Sounds great until one understands I can eat 2400 cal and 120 sugar grams etc in a split moment and take in 6000 often.

Add to that the break down of what is good sugar, good carbs, good fat etc.. well UGH.

So what would your 200 cal meal consist Do you have any examples.
