I still hold NFG, actually purchased a very small amount at prices a little higher from this level, the bulk of my position was initiated 2+ years ago. The company provided guidance after the close yesterday which was positive. finance.yahoo.com Gabelli remains an activist investor in the background, as far as I know. The company has come off its highs, and pays a nice div. while waiting. Still like PF, feeling the fat lady may not have sung yet on this one. Read recent 8K and the change in control provisions, interesting to me at least.
