That doesn't follow, logically
It does follow the same (liberal) logic that the 'Waters are getting a lot warmer' when a native warm water moves to a new location, because here we have a native cold water animal moving to a new - thus cold - water location


........I recall seeing a documentary on PBS which detailed the king crab invasion into Norwegian waters. If I recall correctly, they were transplanted (from Russian Bering Sea waters) into Russian waters above Murmansk by Russians and have thrived and moved into Norwegian waters and southward. Don't think water temperature change had anything to do with it.
