Forty-seven percent of financial professionals said the equity market is close to unsustainable levels while 14 percent already saw an asset-price bubble, according to the quarterly Bloomberg Global Poll conducted July 15-16.

“Monetary policy faces significant limitations as a tool to promote financial stability,” Yellen said July 2 at the International Monetary Fund in Washington. “A macroprudential approach to supervision and regulation needs to play the primary role.”

In testimony before the House Financial Services Committee, Yellen said valuations “appeared stretched” in some sectors. She identified lower-rated corporate debt as an area the Fed is closely monitoring.

The economy is monitoring itself second hand stores are flourishing so well that some are going public. Demand has to be high to consider these as valid IPO's Credit delinquencies are not so high according to the FED. If you take the worse possible scenario that would be the USA markets crash what would happen I think somehow the FED would bail so then what would happen the dollar could crash. What does that mean not to darn much unless you are holding an enormous amount of US dollars that have lost their value. What does that mean to all nations in the world not to darn much as none of them have a method of keeping their currency secure. Then one wonders why Putin talks about protectionism and who know the Bric someday may act like a brick.
