This is very confusing to me. I get the impression that if I opt for "Special Offers" it will lock out popups, and if I don't I will they will "appear" when using the device. Special Offers and Sponsored Screensavers display on Kindle Fire tablet lock screens and do not appear while you are using the device. Sponsored Screensavers include movie posters, album art, book covers, ads, and information about digital content or other products sold on Amazon.com.
