Yesterday a water main broke in Westwood LA CA there were over 5,760,000 gals of water that were lost. Calif is in a drought and yous people who lives there are going to triple pay. The lines are close to a hundred years old. We have grants and subsidies for energy but water pipes we can't see not too many people are crawling around under ground checking for leaks . Voila here comes the Gusher and the flood we see. Today it is quiet no news. Had it of been a brewery that lost its liquid the recipients of the liquid who slept on the street would of kept the story going. We cannot afford to have this happen again.
