The IMF isn't picking on S. Korea -- just the opposite --
it's a great bailout package. IMF countries like Britian are
feeling the strain of their contributions to the bailout. IMF
wants S. Korea to make some reforms and Korea doesn't want to. This is just my theory -- but I think if Korea shows some signs
of compromise with IMF reforms, that will add stability. Although
real rebuilding will take a while. I wish Korea would at least start negotiating on the reforms -- because I think even that step would
add some stability and attract some buying into their market.
