We use the microwave to steam veggies on occasion, so I'm not a militant against it, I just don't prefer it based on what I understood... definitely, there's so much misinformation on the Internet that it's really hard to filter out what's genuinely true... in areas of specifics where I'm expert, I see so much nonsense being uploaded onto sites that are completely false... so, for most of us there's no way to know what to believe, so we can only decide for ourselves what to accept and what to discount... GZ
