Is stunning. Miami the poster child for housing bubbles and everything wrong in this country. Is staggering that place has the number three skyline in the country now.. The downtown built on drug money, speculation and now new Gilded Age plutocrats from South and Central America looking for 'safety'. We can thank Greenspan, Bernanke and now Yellen for accelerating the trend a couple of decades...LOL
