The solution to all our problems lies with education and support. We (our society) abused African Americans, as a race, for 400 years. We (our society) owes them big time for that. We (our society - our society) passed laws that hurt them; therefore we (our society) has an ethical obligation to mitigate the damage we did to them. Why is that so hard for people to understand? It seems pretty simple to me. I would ask you, can't you see how education reduces crime, makes people more productive and makes for a healthier society. All education should be free so we can start evolving as a civilization, instead of devolving. Educated neighborhoods have little crime.
