I think so, because the enemies were doing the equivalent to us. The situations aren't comparable. Artillery shells from cannon we've given the Israelis are VERY accurate, very unlike the ridiculous Pal rockets. There's no excuse for hitting a UN school where they knew women and children were sheltering, thinking they were safe.
