It was not "instead" since healthcare was also on his campaign agenda. And talk about the Manhattan project on renewables. You can't get that with a Republican House full of obstructionist and in fighting. I just heard today on the radio while driving to work that this Congress approval rating 8% +- 4%.!!!!!! Doesn't that say it all?
