You know if they win the Senate, even though impeachment will still be impossible, they'll be demanding it.
Did you catch that lie by Sheila Jackson Lee which claimed that the Democrats never tried to impeach George W. Bush? In fact, she was one of the cosponsors of the impeachment resolution in 2008.

When caught, a spokeshole claimed first that she "misspoke." Later, her office claimed that Democrats as a whole did not pursue impeachment, so what she said was "technically true," even though she comes off as an abject hypocrite for trying to assume the moral high ground.
