That is a very strange take on it that is just partisanship.

This is what it looks like when Congress tries to work with an intransigent president. Obama has no interest in getting things done; only in standing in the way of progress.

So, Obama comes out with the claim the legislation is "extreme". He's dug in to the position of just doing whatever it is he wants to do.

It is temporary circumvention of the legislative process; he thinks if he "creates" law out of thin air, it will become the "law of the land" as was claimed with Obamacare. The good news is the nonsense this jerk spreads can be undone by a future president with the stroke of a pen.
