Gottfried, here's a page that lists devices: ibkb.interactivebrokers.com The kind that's causing me problems is the Digital Security Card, which is silver or gold color depending on your account balance. If you've got something else that works, I recommend not requesting the new Digital Security Card -- accept one only if they force you to do it.
