the world has now a clear divide as it always had and it will always will.

the divide now is Haves vs Have nots.

As I mentioned before, ideologies are dead. People don't raise based on them. they raise based o pockets and stomachs.

The Haves, Japan, China Euroland US, know things the shirtless aka Have not don't. They have tried all kinds of ways to foment growth. To no avail.

What you mentioned in the case of Thailand railways. I did in the case of MAP Jakarta metropolitan area buildout by the Japanese, or the US financing of power in Africa, are now controlled manners to avoid these countries go under water.

The ideal would be plain re-colonization but we know it is not going to work. Thus, Japan, China Euroland US, aka the Haves, will try a new brand of colonization, Fomenting growth and keep the local governing elites in place.
