We could try, like the Republicans are doing to Obama..

..and have the case tossed for the same reason theirs will be

Unless we were tortured, we have no standing to bring a suit, therefore no basis for a suit in equity

..but I don't see why that should stop us from being stupid and suing anyway, you know, like the Republicans

Our anti torture people are just as entitled to their orgasmic fantasies as the Obama haters are

..why should Republicans have all the lawsuit porn?
