WSJ's answer to the NASDAQ BB / PENNY STOCK question I found on the NAMX thread: Message 2914068 and more properly states what's going on. I have to believe now, that CNBC was trying to say "3400 stocks will be removed from BB in a month or so." and they didn't explain it right on Dec. 9th. Also, there must be "several shades of pink sheets in multiple #s" floating around today that NASDAQ never will, perhaps never did, have anything to do with. Commenting on Cafe itself, I would warn their promise to send messages 1 day in 7, a guaranteed 6 days to relax. If they "hem and haw" once a week, they are buying time at the very affordable price; the shareholders ability to remain polite. And I wonder, as the deadline for income tax deduction approaches, what wealth provoking steps Rubin will desire to take? Dave
