Another case of you not having any idea WTF is going on around you.

The Supreme Court determined it was most definitely a tax, and in fact had it NOT made that determination the law would have been thrown out the first time around.

The Court did not address the question of the Origination Clause and will likely do so in a future term. When that issue does come before the Court the liberals will vote to support the ACA instead of the law. But there is at least a possibility the Court will totally throw the law out as unconstitutional.
