I don't exactly understand what will happen to our TBr shares if they are held after privatisation. Anyone?

The article talks about an ATT type breakup, in which the pieces will eventually be worth lots more than the whole. But what happens? We we be issued shares in the new companies? For those of us holding relatively low numbers of shares we could wind up with 25 shares of X and 20 shares of B, etc. That's no good.

Anybody know what the plan is?
