Dr. Kent Brantly, American With Ebola, Got Second Dose of Serum
Dr. Kent Brantly, one of the Americans infected with Ebola in Africa, got a second dose of experimental serum after he was flown to the United States, NBC News learned. He was described as clinically stable Monday, with a lower fever and improvement in other symptoms.

Samaritan’s Purse, an aid organization that Brantly works with, had previously said that he received a first dose of the serum before he was flown out of Liberia. Doctors have not released details about the serum.
