Kirk, as you may know, a lot of people have been writing my blog and asking what Bob Brinker means by "dollar-cost-average on weakness." Some are complaining that this lack of direction has kept them out of the market for much of this latest run up. Well, I'm sure after reading my blog daily, Brinker decided to give an explanation. It would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic. Brinker wrote: *"We view market weakness as a short-term interruption of an ongoing uptrend."*
