We know a system by observing its outputs in relationship to inputs. A system can be no better than its own sensory organs. We use RO/RS=CF as the arbiter for social systems outputs. When evidence contradicts the status of bought and paid for system inhabitants....red flags about the truth value of the systems outputs are raised, thereafter exposing those same sensory organs too a compartmentalist bought and paid for state, where nothing out put can be trusted as anything but the by product as CF.

This piece builds on others, its a shame really.
