StockBull: got in late. Hope Lurker's response covered your query. I believe IOM thoroughly and painstakingly considers OEM's needs (along with consumers) when they approach a problem (opportunity). Clik! may have been delayed in coming to market, but the collaborative approach they (IOM) used to ensure mass "acceptability" is indicative of the way they appear to approach the future. If OEMs see it as a win-win situation to endorse Clik! in order to increase acceptance of their product (perhaps give them an edge, if the competition is not Clik! compatible), then it gives IOM yet another leg up against both flashcards and vaporware (perhaps Rocky's next pick). IOM has learned much over the years and I believe they are learning to think "outside the box" - easy ways to transfer useful amounts of data between PCs, cameras, copiers, palm-pilots, fax/answering machines, printers, ... appliances, whatever (without depending on comm systems). I have absolutely no inside knowledge or confirmation of any agreements between IOM and any OEMs: I just like the way they (KE & Co) are moving the organization. Personal transportability (Zip, Clik, Jaz, et al) may become important in the future as hard drive systems find increasing competition from the internet (as a place to store data) and for security reasons (I am also paranoid).
