well anthony, and all others checking this out..... do you really think bankruptcy is in the cards? i don't think so.. of course anything is possible but.. it seems to me that this is not a co. that would really benefit from bankruptcy at all. When i spoke to Mr. Little, he told me that if we look at AGTI's placement of machinery it is actually quite good. He compared another major competitor's many more years in the industry and thier "relatively" low "per year" bingo hall contracts. On the other hand he pointed out to me that AGTI, which really did just come out of thier R and D phase and they are in more halls (percentage wise as a growth per year figure) than most others.. He also pointed out to me that AGTI had to deal with a serious software glitch only fairly recently.. It really does seem to me that AGTI needs to be Capitalized.. There is enough evidence out there that thier product is very good, but they need capital to do all the things a small growing co. needs to do in order to get bigger and profitable.
And this is still a wide open expanding, huge opportunity industry.
My main concern is that they get this new management in place QUICKLY! like yesterday! If i see heavy delays in this, it will be very bad.. But i was assured by a co. executive that the lawyers are already drawing up the paper work for this new management transition. Now, my sense of it is that this co. exec. was not lying to me..But anything is possible...I hope i was not being lied to because i would be one of the first in line to deliver a class action suit if i feel i am being lied to.. On the other hand.. let's give Agti's present management the benefit of the doubt. Let's say that they are seeking strong financial as well as managerial backing for this company. If they are, and if this is achieved..EVERYONE..from Silzer, to other executives to all of us stockholders will benefit greatly. Can you imagine what this stock will do if a story comes out stating that AGTI has been infused with a substantial amount of working capital and a solid new management team. I personally feel that a good management team may in fact include keeping on top key executives that are there right now. I Believe that management can change greatly for the better with just the introduction of one or two "KEY" managenment additions. As you say, patience is needed here. There are so many positive things that can happen for this co. Sega, England, New Mngmt., more contracts, i look forward to them all happenning! Happy Holidays to all!
