Brazil will be using the android server 525, a new computer architecture only has cpu and nand on usb using mpeg4 video codes as language. Its used in data centers in China for their paperless society economy. Its fast and runs cool with wifi on chip circuits to do edgequm packets. Taped out by Cadence Design. This introduction in south America will soon come to US.
