Jeff - the other company I saw this with was SOFT. They were just like tank -- traded at about $2.5, but had basically all cash because they sold all of their divisions, etc. Then, management decided on a special dividend or something and the thing went to $4 in a day (or something like that --it's been about a year).

Regards. I'm going to buy some more at these levels and just sit on the shares. It may be a month or a year or two, but it should spike. Later. mtm
