Another issue I've got with IB is that their new accounts office has an email bot that has been targeting me with nagging emails once each week since May, demanding proof of my identity, such as a copy of my drivers license, before they will send me a security device. I can't stop this bot.

I emailed new accounts and told them my account is not new, and in fact it is many years old, and maybe they have a mixup thinking my account is new. I mentioned that I already have a device, and can you please stop the emails. New accounts just brushed me off and told me to ask another office, which I sent the requested image of my DL, hoping that would squelch the bot. No joy. The weekly email nag won't stop.
