16-Mbit DRAM Spot Market Prices Fall To $2 techweb.com At memory prices this low i have no clue why Compaq won't add at least 32 megs ram in the Presario 2240. I mean IF they put in 64 megs (instead) in that system along with the 220 mhz media gx, and increase the price by $100, i am positive they will every single box in a matter of hours... Not only will consumers be buying it but business would have no reason not to buy this sub $1000 computer. I mean WOW, 220mhz, AND 64 megs of ram! Someone should tell Compaq to spice up the system a bit. Just my opinion. By the way, does NSM make memory chips? I hope not... Ky
