I guess this still leaves the door open for foreign companies to buy US companies and bring surplus currency back to their home country at their lower tax rate. P.S. Aside from the Federal level. IMO Tax breaks do play a role in corporate planning at the local level also. I think some of the high local tax states like NY are finding this out. rbj.net
