One issue that hasn't been discussed enough is who is funding ISIS. Those parties need to be identified and personally targeted. As for the form of retaliation, more information is needed. In addition to that, I support the emergency actions outlined in Obama's ISIS speech.

Identifying the supporters of ISIS is however, the key to the solution.
