Not sure if this is the buying point or not. Relative strength of the stock is now at 23, indicating that price may have upward pressure going forward. However with the market turmoil still evident, its anyone's guess as to what the general overall direction will be. If market begins downward trend, PTIS may dip even lower. Balance sheet is sound, but future Asia effect still largely unknown (can PTIS continue to grow earnings at a 25% clip in spite of the problems in Asia?).
