A blue fin tuna caught off Greenland says nothing conclusive about climate, just as armadillos in Kansas and coyotes in NYC and on Long Island don't either.

1000 yo and 4000 yo trees revealed by melting glaciers DO tell us the climate was warmer when those trees grew.

So does a bronze age man encased in glacial ice.

And we have things like this from Europe, Alaska, and Peru .... so we know we're talking about a worldwide phenomenon.
