O% unemployment is possible. Here is a simple way to accomplish it. Just declare anyone who is not working as out of the workforce.
Presto, you have 0% unemployment.
You see, it is all in how you count it.
The wrong question is being ask when it comes to unemployment. The question should be:

What percent of working age Americans have no job? 41%Compare to:
According to the employment-population ratio, the percentage of working age Americans that actually have a job has been below 59 percent for more than four years in a row…
Add to this the fact that millions of those who have jobs have been moved from full time to part time and you see how great this problem is.


What percent of American families have no one with a job? 20%
