Dennis I was reading the Boston Globe on line yesterday and they had an article on restaurants. Cheescake factory mentioned that you couldn't find an affordable location in the city for a restaurant. I thought of the location mentioned for RAIN Burlington? (I believe)it is along the rte 128 corridor. If it is this a road that was not big enough for traffic when it was build thirty years and expanded twice since.
If Franklins Mills in the Philly area is a site for RAIN we could be in trouble. The area is high crime (imo) although on of the largest malls in the northeast. We have much better shopping of discount outlets to the west of Philly in Lancaster/Reading. I haven't been over there for about three years. RAIN would be much better off looking at a location on the river.

This morning we got a shot of rain again on cnbc. They were quickly covering theme rest. They showed a Club Restaurant opening in Oak Brook at a cost of $10,000,000. What do you know about it? Is it true they are taking rainforest immediate seating coupons on opening day?

take care John
