Assistance Please. My browser is Internet Explorer 11. Operating system: Windows 7

I can't play You Tube videos. When I click on them on Youtube.com, I get the below exclamation mark.

I also tried to download some audio files from ksfo.com, from the Seven Day Archive
ksfo.com

I get the same exclamation mark, showing that I can't download the audio files.

Then when I switch to Chrome, I can easily play Youtube.com videos and download audio files from the ksfo.com seven day archive.

I went to the adobe website where you can test if you have the Flash Player installed, which is
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

The test, below, tells me that I have the latest version of Flashplayer Installed.

Where do I go from here?

What's the next step in solving this problem?

Thank you very much
