I love putting in new 18 inch tiles, nice baseboards, new paint and ceiling fans. Upgrade counter tops. Yes pets or even those with a foreclosure or bankruptcy in their past make it even easier to get someone to commit within days of putting the 'for rent' sign. Oops freudian slip from days past..LOL as we don't even put signs out Craig's list and Zillow move them quite fast and keep the illiterate bunch from contacting me. Never seen the rental market this tight... So much of the public is clueless thinking housing will crash anytime soon. We need to go through the entire cycle first..
