In the absence of any solid information to suggest otherwise, continued silence from JTS mis-managers with unparalleled mismanagement in the hard disk area I have to vote bankrupt! Unfortunately for me ... earlier gains made at ~6 now wiped out :-( Curiously, won't the Tramiels be feeling the pain as well, their large stockpile of shares is now worth very little compared to what it was when the price was ~9.
