It's the USDA and the current definition for organic foods are foods grown without pesticides or growth hormones. Thing is the all natural end is the organic selling point nothing added. Ozone does pretty well in that regard as it alters foods either not at all or in such a limited fashion that it certainly beats irradiation or chlorination. Regards, Jeff
