This insider buying relates to the sale of 2.3 million shares that were sold by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., a governmental agency that were issued these shares pursuant to a bankruptcy plan of reorg by the predecessor companies of UTCI. The Company's near-term potential looks pretty good because management is shifting its focus to higher-margined, niche products (high performance plastics) and selling off losing operations.
