<< INTENTION to grant them to GLR >> Patrick, it is my belief that this is the way the process is done and there is nothing shady or misleading in this announcement. Once the ministerial direction is published in the Government Gazette then the process goes forward to its conclusion subject to the company paying the appropriate fees or taxes etc. If you are suggesting that this was not published in the Gazette then you are way off base. That is tantamount to accusing the company of stockholder fraud and it would be so easy to check up on that your suggestion simply is not credible..
