The core of Dallas is deserted after business hours. NO ONE lives in downtown Dallas.

I mentioned in another post that a few weeks ago, I saw a video of DT Dallas from the late 1940s/early 1950s, and the streets were packed with people. Looked nothing like it does today. It looks like they must of have leveled most of the DT area at one point and started over.

What is more amazing to me is how many jobs Dallas county has lost during the aught decade........something like 260K jobs.
