In any case, there are numerous studies that show that certain conditions like alcoholism, drug addiction, abusive behavior, psychic trauma, etc.........are passed down from generation to generation. Actually there are several factors............social, family, environmental, and genetic factors that may contribute to a condition. The high levels of alcoholism, drug addiction, familial dysfunction, violence, etc in the black community reflect the trauma sustained over centuries. |
