Chicago is a highly segregated city, ruled by whites.

Two things you should pick up on - if highly segregated then blacks are living with other blacks exclusively - so racism is nearly impossible unless it's black on black racism.

The two mayor daleys who have ruled Chicago since the 1970s put the vast majority of Chicago's money into its white downtown center....and left very little for the black neighborhoods. That's an example of racism.

Those whites you claim are in charge - are all democrats - we know they can't be racist - they have a D after their names.

You keep saying that..........I never did. And let me add..........Rs don't have a stranglehold on poor governance.
