Art C. It is my understanding that the reports are available the same day they are filed or at least no later than the following day, In order to see it that early you would need to be a subscriber to Edgars's or another service that provides that type of information. I think free Edgar for example would post that on their free service 10 days to 2 weeks after they have posted it to their subscribers. However you can, on a daily basis check to see what reports have been filed by company. It even shows the time of day that the report was filed. Free Edgar posts that every day. It will be interesting to see whether UMSI files this week. Today is the 15th but don't hold your breath. If anyone differs with this please let us know. Regards, HG
